How do I manage my website maintenance package?
After the onboarding process, you will be sent an email to establish a password. This will enable you to access the dashboard where maintenance updates and tasks can be viewed, as well as communications with our team for task completion.
I already have hosting do I need to host with yourselves?
It’s not mandatory to use our hosting, or email services even if you choose to remain with your current providers. Our hosting and email feature is included in the plan, should you decide to utilize it. The price of the plan remains unchanged, regardless of whether or not you use this service.
Is there a cancellation period?
Although there is no grace period for cancellation, you do have a timeframe of one month starting from the date of cancellation to transfer your website and domain to a different hosting company if hosted with us.
